Quick SWOT Process Outline
- A leader is appointed to co-ordinate a SWOT Team
- Choose a topic to be analysed
- Get a focus on the topic by doing basic research
- Structure a strategic team and appoint members
- Commission members to do SWOT research on the topic
- Set timescales and milestones for the SWOT process
- Convene the first team meeting (face-to-face preferable though not essential)
- Set up the project in a ‘SWOT Space' and engage with the team
- Once the topic has been fully explored close the session
- Publish findings and reports amongst stakeholders
- Execute ‘Actions' extracted from the SWOT process
- Set a review in the near future to monitor the situation and progress
